 “SANS-SOUCI” a French term meaning “without worry” or loosely translated “care free”

 

That is exactly what Greg Sheridan will provide for you with attention to details and award winning expertise, for he will take care so you can be carefree.

 

Greg Sheridan has been in the hospitality industry for most of his life, studying Hotel Restaurant Management at Loyalist College, & Advanced Chef Training at George Brown College. Greg while attending Loyalist under the tutelage of Master Chef Heinz Haas won silver metal out of 152 competitors at the TASTE Of CANADA COMPETITION. Greg has worked as a Chef for hotel chains Ramada Inn, & Four Seasons as well as lending his talents to various restaurants in the area. His award winning mastery in the kitchen led him, along with his wife Tena, a registered nurse, to open his own catering business in 1994

In this time Greg has amassed experiences working in sometime challenging & difficult situations using an ability to adapt and be versatile to succeed.

 Greg as Belleville’s only full time off premise caterer, provides not only the Best Western but also the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott & the Holiday Inn Express most of their food service needs as well as professionally catered special occasion intimate dinner parties in clients home, corporate power lunches to served in local boardrooms or delivered on site. Greg has catered to large and small multi course dinners, banquets, most major galas and weddings in the area, as well as functions at remote locations. Using professionally equipped vehicles Sans Souci has range as far west as Don Mills, north to Limerick Lake east to Kingston and south, barged over to Wapoos Island and cut into a site with chain saws.

Greg has a large client list compiled over the years and amongst this list some of the clients of note have been Jean Cretien, Joe Clark, Mike Reno & Mike Harris

Supporters of the “Festival Of Trees” would have had the occasion to sample his prowess at the much-acclaimed “Royal Breakfast” & Gala Dinner such as the United Way’s 50th anniversary with comments offered by patrons like “the best meal I’ve had in ten years of coming”. Greg has been seen doing informative and entertaining Continuing Education courses at Loyalist as well as cooking demonstrations at the Home Show, Garden Show & Outdoor Expo, local high schools and businesses.

Greg as well has been heard talking about cooking numerous times on CJBQ open line show, and having fun on THE MIX 97 morning show “Fear Factor” & Visit The Neighborhood”

Sans Souci Special Occasion Catering been voted Quinte’s favorite Caterer for the Intelligencer’s Readers Choice Awards numerous times

 

                          

 

Greg & Tena are the proud parents of two beautiful little girls Miranda & Gabrielle, and a son Grahm or as Greg describes them “future dishwashers”

              

Sans Souci strives to make all their products in house. In fact Greg is renowned for his homemade mustard, the secret recipe having been passed down through his family. This recipe with many other Greg would like to market, not only as promotional devises but also as potential income
