Thinking of having an intimate dinner in the comfort of your own home? Let Sans Souci create a gourmet menu that will make it an affair to remember. Not only does Sans Souci cook for large functions, we will cook for two in your own home.

The sit down dish rental package is available for off premise catered events. This package for $8.25 per person which includes dinner, salad, dessert & side plates, dinner, salad & dessert forks, knife & teaspoon, wine & water glass, cup & saucer. To include soup spoon and bowl would be an additional $1.25

  MAIN COURSE

All our dinners are priced at $26.50 which reflects choice of soup or salad, main course and dessert. 

(Venison is an exception at $30.95)

  • Grilled New York Sirloinwith a Lobster & Green Madagascar peppercorn sauce
  • Medallions of Grilled Scotch Marinated Filetfloated in dark Roberts sauce, stuffed with portabella mushrooms & blue cheese
  • Beef Rouladethinly sliced beef covered with a mushroom dressing then rolled around a spear of garlic dill, wrapped with bacon and braised in a red wine demi-glaze
  • Chicken Sans Soucibreast of chicken, stuffed with a purse of Prosciutto & brie cheese, then breaded & served on a pool of sauce made with Sans Souci mustard
  • Rosemary Roasted Chickena boneless half chicken covered in a rosemary pesto and roasted golden
  • Festival Chickenbreast of chicken stuffed with Genoa salami, sun dried tomato, smoked gouda and roasted peppers, wrapped with Filo and served with a basil emulsion
  • Gaelic Pork Chopsscotch marinated with mushrooms & leeks demi-glaze
  • Stuffed Grilled Pork Tenderloinwhole tenderloin filled with Genoa salami and smoked gruyere, masked with a raspberry mustard demi-glaze
  • Grill Lemon and Rosemary Loin of Sword Fish
  • Roasted Pepper Salmonpoached filet of salmon with roasted red pepper fumet, perched on shrimp pilaf
  • Rack of Lamblamb stuffed with jalapeno blue cheese grilled and served with rosemary marmalade
  • Wild Berry Venison Loin – $25.95… grilled loin of venison marinated and served on a pool of dark wild berry demi-glaze

All dinners are accompanied by coffee or tea, breads, butter and appropriate starch with a bouquet of fresh market vegetables done in a style best suited to the main course.
